Found this charming pedestrian bridge in Trondheim recently. The area on the far side is called "The Sunny Side", with shopping mall, restaurants and luxury flats.
Both taken with the 18-55mm kit lens at 32.5 mm, ISO 100. First the daylight version at f/8, 1/500s: ![]() The bridge really lights up at night (f/8, 1.5s): ![]() Any thoughts, anyone? Best regards Terry

Don't really like the day pic but I do love the colours of the night pic. Would have prefered a tighter crop though as the sky is bland and theres too much of it.

Definitely the night time shot for me because the buildings are so uninspiring and are less obvious by night.

Echo the comments above, definitely the night shot - the bridge gets lost a little in the daytime shot

Thanks for looking, guys.
Agree the daytime image is not justifying the bridge. However, when I arrived at the spot after work, the side was already in the shadow. And also, I tried to get the same point of view for both captures. Best regards Terry |
