The first one of the Skipper is an absolute belter Neil. I'm very jealous, as others in the UK have mentioned there are almost no butterflies about this year. The population here must have crashed quite severely.

Thanks, Algi. I'm sure there are much better ones around. But I'm enjoying posting these shots here.
A few more species seen today, but haven't managed to put them in the camera to my satisfaction yet, So, here's a Large White, which I haven't yet put in this thread, plus a couple of lovey-dovey Marbled Whites from 2 different angles. ![]() ![]() ![]() This space deliberately left blank. |
