In a word - stunning.

Here are a few from a walk in the mountains this morning.

K20D and DA*55mm, no filters, minimal processing. Just a bit of cropping and sharpening.

A general view of the area around where I live.

A mountain retreat (not mine).

Close focussing is good as well.

Busy bees, well, their hives anyway.

Looks good .. did you have to do any focus adjustment on the K20D?
Don't get too close to those bee hives, I did once when I was there and got attacked by a few of them .. never run so fast in all my life.

Couple taken with mine the first day I got it.

None at all Mike. I only got the lens on New Years Day, despite having bought it at the same time as you. It's good, I like it.
I think my M50/1.4, F50/1.7, and FA50/1.4 might be up for sale again soon, along with my film cameras.

Bees and I have a healthy respect for each other. I don't bother them, they don't bother me. I've lost count of the number I've rescued from the pool though.
