Does this smell fishy to you??

I was contemplating bidding on this sellers Tripod, Monopod kit and as he is a new seller with no feedback I had a look at what other items he may have been selling. He is off loading a lot of high end gear, all "brand new never been used" It made me somewhat suspicious, what do you think.??
