FS: SMC Pentax A 70-210 F/4

I'm having a clear out of some of my lenses to make space and raise funds for my next round of LBA.

For sale is my A70-210/4. It's in excellent condition, I hesitate to describe things as mint, but it's pretty clsoe, with only one or two specks of internal dust and minimal signs of use. The optics are in good shape, with no scratches, marks or fungus (the dust mentioned previously is normal for a lens of the age and nothing that would affect the pictures). Cosmetically it's in excellent condition, as shown in the picture.

It is supplied with the original front and rear caps. Although I don't normally use them, I'd be happy to include a UV filter as well if you'd like one.

Looking at the going rate on eBay, I think that £55 delivered within the UK is reasonable and I'd be happy to investigate postage options to send it further afield if required. Payment by bank transfer if possible (or PayPal with the buyer covering the fees) please.

I'm afraid all of the pictures I can find with it have my kids in, so as a general rule, I don't post them on line, but I'll take a few samples at the weekend.

This lens was very highly regarded in its day. It would have sold for much more than £55.00 just a few years ago.

IMO this is the poor mans 60-250 - high quality, constant aperture, well built, and still perfectly usable on digital. If my eyesight wasn't so bad I would still own (and use) this lens.
