Hi! I am new to digital SLR photography and for my first camera decided to purchase the Pentax K-x. I am so happy with my decision! The K-x is a perfect beginners camera, and is actually very fully featured. I have been busy taking pictures every day, check them out here.
I also decided that I wanted to give back to the Pentax community, so I started a blog where I am posting what I learn about the camera, tips, samples, techniques, etc. Check it out here! Anyways, I love the community, and look forward to exploring this site and using its forums. Thanks. Michael Michael www.kxuser.com www.flickr.com/xleskarx

Its great to welcome another Pentaxuser from across the pond, especially such an active Pentax supporter. I hope the rapidly growing number of K-x users check out your site!

Welcome to the fora. I recognise that shot from Dumbo, I was there in January. I'm across the river at the moment but will be heading back across the pond tomorrow.

You're a beginner? Those shots in your portfolio are terrific. Can't wait till you become an advanced photographer. I just loved your Cold Day On Wall Street.
