Intermittent loss of screen on K5...?

Took the K5 out yesterday, after a spell in the bag, I've moved home and things have been up in the air the last 2 weeks.
Anyhoo... I took the first image, and whilst 'chimping' I could see nothing on the rear screen. I took a series of shots... all the same outcome. I switched the camera off and on, still the same, it was only when I had switched it on for the 3rd time everything was back to normal. Question is... should I be worried and has anyone else had a similar type of problem? Cheers Cheers ali Pentax K5 & *istDS, 10mm to 250mm

er... no.
I should have made it clearer, sorry. The whole screen was this dark muddy look to it. I could 'just' make out the an outline, i had just taken an image of a castle, but no more. When i pressed the info button, even that was muddy in appearance, i could make out the outline of some icons but no more than that. 107 views and 1 comment? I presume that means 107 people have not had this problem and also i should not be worried. Cheers ali Pentax K5 & *istDS, 10mm to 250mm

I'd be worried. Sounds like a problem with the backlight of the LCD module.

I would be worried if it happens again but until then (if it ever does) then I would just carry on using the camera.
