The 50mm looks like an import, "UK sourced stock" but at that price you probably won't worry

BE WARNED.....I have bought from them and then had an issue.

I bought a lens, 18-135mm. I went faulty and they were difficult with me. I then had a number of issues as it was not EU stock and Pentax UK would not auth a repair.

After a few months I did get a refund and bought another off SRS.

I also checked with Pentax UK and was told that Microglobe are not a customer, and do not by direct or through an authorised distributor.

Never again.......

I bought front lens cap for a DA 35MM limited and although it came in what looked like genuine Pentax packaging and looked the part it would not fit my lens it was to small, it would fit if i put a uv filter on the lens though. It fits my other 49mm filter thread lens great and the limited lens cap will not fit any other lens apparently.Looks great on my f 50 1.7

I've bought several items from them - mostly recently a 10-17 Fish-eye lens at a price I couldn't resist: results here. They don't seem to be an approved dealer, but they have a good stock at keen prices even if they don't stock the full range. Some items are clearly someone's old stock - I bought a Limited lens that didn't have the Hoya name on it so must have been around for a while and the box looked a bit dusty - but it was definitely unused (and lovely). The staff are helpful, not pushy like at least one dealer I've been to, and I've never had a problem with their goods.

And it's a real shop in the middle of London, very handy for the British Museum - and two delightful cafes nearby at the London Review of Books and Aperture (yes, a photography-themed cafe).
