Pentax AF 140c ring flash

Hi folks, picked one of these up on eBay, arrived today but no manual with it. Can someone please remind me of that fabulous website that has a whole heap of manuals and hopefully one for this flash? Failing that, if anyone has one they either don't want or could copy and email to me that would be fab.
