Well done Shaun, does this bring any financial rewards or just good publicity?

Regards

Be careful Shaun. I have images with them that are for sale on their website as well MoonPig as MoonPig stocks Spotted Richard cards. All I get it from the owner of Spotted Richard is false promises, false timescales etc. Over 14 months now and not a single penny from them.

The images I have with them I now see as a dead loss. I won't be submitting any more images to them

Thanks Gareth

Taken from car park in Mallaig overlooking the Sound of Sleat on 26 July this summer, K-5 with 50-200 kit lens at full stretch, f/16 1/160sec. For sure a basking shark - it was longer than the kayak from nose to tail; no other fish that big up there. It swam around the kayak, having clearly found a rich patch of plankton. The canoeists, cautious at first, built up the courage to get up close and personal. I took over 200 snaps of the scene (which lasted almost half an hour), not one of any photographic merit, but still wonderful to witness. Wish I had that new 560mm Pentax!
