Editor
Are you a highly versatile person with proven leadership skills, a solid track record of developing and executing media strategy - both in print and web based products in written and videoformats? The ideal candidate would also have solid news judgement, good photographic knowledge and some magazine layout experience.

Working as part of a small, highly-motivated team the successful candidate will provide management and leadership to our editorial team, while working closely with the advertising and web team, publisher, clients and members/subscribers. The editor will also manage, edit, commission and write editorial content across our portfolio of photography based web and print products.

The candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills and have both the imagination and ability to implement action to bring about the best results for our growing consumer audience.

This role will suit an experienced assistant editor ready to move up to editorship and utilise your excellent all-round skills? Or an editor in an existing business with no scope for progression?

Web Developer
We are looking for a talented web developer to become an integral member of our friendly web team. You should be self motivated and keep abreast of the latest web developmentsand technologies. You will be working on a range of our successful existing products, while having the passion to develop new projects and help drive our business forward.

Minimum of 1 year experience in the following: 

• Database Driven Websites using PHP/MySQL
• Writing valid XHTML and CSS
• User Friendly Implementation
• Good Design Practice

Experience in any of the following desirable

• Apache admin and performance optimisation
• MySQL admin, query and performance optimisation
• General Unix / Linux admin
• Javascript / AJAX
• Search engine optimisation
• Photoshop / Design skills
• Web 2.0 ideals / CMS
• Postfix Mail Server
• Server/Website Security and Vulnerability
• Commercial Awareness
• XML/RSS Feeds
