Pentax has been found to be number one in customer satisfaction according to a new report.

Pentax is the number one camera make in terms of satisfaction according to a new report.

The report, by JD Power and Associates, has found that Pentax ranked higher in online satisfaction with DSLR camera owners than other makes.

"Pentax's customer base has shifted since 2011 from casual photographers to those who consider themselves semi-professional or professional photographers," said Sara Wong Hilton, director at J.D. Power and Associates. "In fact, across the industry, the results indicate a slight increase in self-identified semi-professional photographers, possibly leading to the purchase of more high-end camera systems."
