Ricoh Reorganise Imaging Systems Business
Pentax Ricoh Imaging Company takes control of Ricoh cameras in reshuffle.

Ricoh have announced an organisational change to its imaging system business which includes absorbing Richo's camera business. This means the Pentax Ricoh Imaging Business will, from 01 April 2012, take control of the sales, design and development of Ricoh's cameras.
Until now, Ricoh digital cameras were designed, developed and sold by Personal Multimedia Product Company (hereinafter PMMC), an internal organisation of Ricoh, while Pentax brand digital cameras were designed, developed and sold by PRI.
