Service discount

Pentax User members receive 20% discount on the cost of servicing Pentax equipment sent direct to Pentax UK.

This discount is applied before VAT and postage charges are added.

This discount is only given if a special form (you can download and print it here, or obtain it from the Pentax User office) is enclosed with the equipment when it is sent for servicing and is only applicable when the equipment is sent direct to the Pentax Service Division by a Pentax User Club member. You can make a personal visit to Pentax House if this is more convenient than sending the equipment by post. The Service Division is open 9am - 5pm Mondays to Fridays.

Send your equipment to:
Pentax Service Division,
Pentax House, Heron Drive, Langley, Slough SL3 8PN
Phone 01753 792731

Please do not send equipment to the Club office.

Please ensure that equipment sent through the post is packed securely and remember to enclose a note stating what is wrong with the item(s) you are sending. Once your equipment has been booked in it will be acknowledged by Pentax UK and the number on the acknowledgement form should be quoted if you have any queries.
